My Humble Request to You (12/08/10)
Dear ______,
Please accept my humble blessings.
I am still in Mexico working to establish our āśrama here so that the devotees will have a place in the West to serve and to worship Mahāprabhu and Śrī Śrī Rādhā-Govinda. It is really hard work, but I hope that by after Gaura Pūrṇīmā I will be able to return to India and stay at Govindajī Gardens. All the devotees at Govindajī Gardens, Mysore and Mandya are very fortunate to have a nice āśrama like Govindajī Gardens. We are try to create the same situation for devotees here in the West.
I know that you are working very hard in many ways to support the āśrama with the water factory and your other business endeavors. Here in Mexico, _______ is doing the same thing to support the āśrama with his bread factory which runs all night, every night of the year.
P_____ and K_____ have been helping you and giving you support also and this is very nice and I am very happy about their service. P_____ is such a good wife and K_____ is also very attached to you. I know that K____ will be a householder in the future and you will be the grandfather of many more children.
But I have requested you many times that S______ will be trained by me and he will have a wonderful future also. He may also be a householder in the distant future, but for now he is developing very nicely as a brahmacārī and a guru-sevaite. This may not look like very much at the presen,t but I guarantee you that when S____becomes a man that you will be very proud of him and very happy with him. He has great love and respect for his family and he also wants to be a servant of his guru.
So again I humbly request you, please do not ask S____ to return from Mulki to work in the water factory. To put S_____ in that situation is not good. I have requested and instructed him to do one thing and you are requesting him something different. He will not be happy to see this happening and if he is stuck between the two of us he will feel suffering.
I understand that you need help in the water factory, but I humbly request you to accept my desire for S_____. Do this and surely Kṛṣṇa will continue to help you in you endeavors as He always has. I have asked _____ Mahārāja to talk with you about the situation and your needs at the water factory. If its just manual labor that you need then no devotee is suited for that, but if its brain power you need for help in management then possibly A____ or S_____ can do something to help you like _____ is doing. My feeling is that you need help for better management and not just more muscle labor.
You and I have discussed this matter many times in the past and you have always given your full co-operation with full faith and devotion. I hope that you will continue to have faith in me and know that I only have the best interest and blessings in mind for you and all your family.
I will be very happy to return to Govindajī Gardens soon and my plan is to stay there for a long time. It has been more than one year since i went to Rādhā-Dāmodara Temple in Vṛndāvana so possibly you can accompany me there on a short trip and we can visit Nirmal Chandra Goswami and his sons and have darśana of Rādhā-Dāmodara. That would be very nice.
