October 31st will be my last day at Rādhā-Dāmodara Temple during Kārttika this year, so if you can find the time to visit me on the 31st you are most welcome. But in case a meeting doesn’t happen, let me say a thing or two about my position.
I have a small mission and I like to keep to myself. I do not go to Iskcon temples or any other temples for that matter. I prefer that Iskcon devotees, Nārāyaṇa Maharāja followers and just about anyone who has already accepted a guru not come to my āśramas or my programs. But sometimes it happens and if they sincerely want to hear Kṛṣṇa consciousness from a Gauḍīya Vaiṣṇava prospective, then I accept. I am bound to the lotus feet of Śrīla Prabhupāda and Śrīla Śrīdhara Mahārāja, and whatever I do is under their direction. My general view of the Gauḍīya Vaiṣṇava world is that it has become a kitchari with many wrong conceptions, many unqualified preachers and many confused devotees everywhere. Thus I like to keep my distance and protect my disciples and followers from misconceptions and wrong behavior. That is the short of it.
