Not Free to Act on the Inspiration of Kṛṣṇa (07/02/11)

So, K____Swami does agree that for L___ and V___ to have the same guru is best. K____Swami tries to be generous and merciful, but he is bound hand and foot by institutional considerations. He is not acting according to the desire of Kṛṣṇa. Actually, all gurus in iscon are subject to and under the authority of the GBC and other authorities like the national council, etc. This means that they are not free to act on the inspiration from Kṛṣṇa. This ultimately means that they are covered ‘ṛtviks’ and not situated in guru-tattva as sad-guru. He cannot be sad-guru but he can stick his nose into the private affairs of a husband and wife. I do not join him in his concerns.

Gaura Haribol,
Swami Narasingha
