Starting a New Relationship (03/30/09)
Myself and Goswami are amiable to settle these matters without a “legal document” and put our faith in Kṛṣṇa, Śrīla Prabhupāda, ISKCON and the Vaiṣṇavas. If you can have the same mood then it is also possible to drop the case where it stands… ho-gayā, and start a new relationship centered around pleasing Śrīla Prabhupāda.
The reason I keep suggesting this alternative of dropping the case is that I think everything would work out wonderfully for both parties and especially for ISKCON since their hearts desire to always serve Śrīla Prabhupāda at Rādhā-Dāmodara would be fulfilled and protected by higher powers.
Secondly I make this suggestion of dropping the case because I earnestly believe that had Śrīla Prabhupāda been here that, no matter how difficult the circumstance he would hot have instructed us to take Goswami to court.
So if we take this thing back to square one, agree on the points between us, then immediately ISKCON can resume full-time service in Prabhupāda’s bhajana-kuṭīra. A happy, harmonious mood will prevail and my life and the life of my disciples in the future is to assure that such troublesome issues never arise again.
We want to see the Rādhā-Dāmodara Temple prosper and flourish and have an intimate Vaiṣṇava relationship with ISKCON for all time. If we can agree that this is what Śrīla Prabhupāda also wants then we can perform miracles…at least we should try.
