Just a note – when we were in ______ you asked me why I like the recording of your chanting and I answered briefly, but I skirted the main reason because I wasn’t prepared to talk about it at the moment.
The main reason is very simple yet deep and meaningful to me and therefore I deeply appreciate that recording. It simply reminds me of a time and feeling in my early life as a devotee of Kṛṣṇa before any worry or anxiety appeared… when the only thing I ever thought about or wanted was simply to ‘love Kṛṣṇa’ and dedicate my whole life to ‘serving Kṛṣṇa and the devotees’.
That same desire is all I live by today, but there are now many responsibilities and with responsibilities come worries and anxieties. When I hear your chanting in such a pure and earnest way my heart is transformed again to my youth and that gives me life.
That is why I like your recording and I encourage you to continue.
