I Appreciate Your Kind Invitation (12/29/04)

Dear Śrīpāda J____ Swami,
Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Śrīla Prabhupāda.

Thank you for your warm invitation to attend the Prabhupāda family reunion in Māyāpura. I am sure it will be a grand success but unfortunately I will not be able to attend. We have opened a new āśrama near Udupi and I am very occupied with that service for Śrīla Prabhupāda for the next few months. From now until Gaura Pūrṇimā we also have some important godbrothers and visitors from the west who come to our āśrama and my presence during that time is expected.

Despite my not being able to attend, I very much appreciate your kind invitation to the reunion. The next time you are in South India please visit us and we can have a humble reunion of our own.

Two of my men will be in Māyāpura before the Gaura Pūrṇimā festival to take video footage for a biography documentary that we are preparing about Śrīla Bhaktisiddānta. I have instructed them to contact you in Māyāpura and invite you to Gopīnatha Gauḍīya Maṭha for an interview (if you would be so kind).

I hope this meets you well.

Śrī Hari-jana-kiṅkara,
Swami B.G. Narasiṅgha
