I Don’t Want to See Some Petty Māyā Destroy Everything (09/23/10)

I understand everything, but it is very necessary to get things set up now so that nothing and nobody can crash the project in future.
1] I want a society, trust or association registered and the appropriate directors assigned.
2] Ultimately the land should be re-registered in future in the name of the society, trust or association.
3] All finances are to come first to a central point and I or my appointed representative is that central point.
4] All ideas and plans for development, management and expenditure must be approved by me.
5] In other words I am the ultimate authority in all aspects of the project.
That is the way things have worked in Govindajī Gardens for 15 years. I am the head, and as the head I am also the protector and guarantor of the project. With things set up as above then I know Jardines Govinda will be successful. Otherwise it is a risky business for everyone involved and I don’t want to develop the project for sometime and then see some petty māyā come crashing in and destroy everything for everyone.
So the above must be set up according to the way I have stated from 1 to 5.
