Self-Manifested Deities

‘Self-Manifest Deities’ was written by Swami B.G. Narasingha on October 16th 2006. At the time of writing this essay, a phenomena of milk-drinking deities of Gaṇeśa was occurring in India. Narasingha Maharaja addresses this briefly, then gives a history of self-manifest Deities, and finally discusses the Deities established by Prabhupāda in Māyāpura and how they have been eclipsed.

'Purī – Cultural Cataracts. A British View of India' was written by Swami B.G. Narasingha on 1990 for Clarion Call magazine, Vol.3 issue 1. In this article, Swami Narasingha gives a history of the Jagannātha Temple in Purī, Orissa, as well as a description of the Ratha Yātrā festival and how the British perceived it.

Māyāpura and the Adbhūta Mandira

Māyāpura and the Adbhūta Mandira was written by Swami B.G. Narasingha in July 2004. This article gives a detailed history of the search for Mahāprabhu's birthplace, why the sahajiyās and pseudo-Vaiṣṇavas do not accept Bhaktivinoda's findings, and why Iskcon is wrong in claiming that their Temple of the Vedic Planetarium is the Adbhūta Mandira predicted by Nityānanada Prabhu.

Kūrma-kṣetra

"Kūrma-kṣetra" was written by Śrīla B.G. Narasiṅgha Mahārāja for 'Back to Godhead' magazine (January 23rd 1988). This article is a travelogue wherein Mahārāja describes his pilgrimage to Kūrma-kṣetra - a famous temple in Andhra Pradesh, South India, home to the Deity of Kūrma.
